Now in its eighth year, the Waterloo Food Festival, which runs throughout July, has revealed an exciting line-up of unique tastings, masterclasses and demonstrations as part of its 2016 Festival.
From gin masterclasses and beer tastings to brunches, lunches, supper clubs and banquets there is an event to suit every palate and interest. Waterloo’s top chefs and baristas will be revealing their secrets and techniques, and there will be plenty of opportunities to be hands on and learn something new. How to pickle, create authentic desserts, start your own food blog and grow micro salads at your desk – have all made it into the programme this year.
